Give your Employees a Voice!
About Engagement Surveys
An Employee Engagement Survey is a valuable tool for you to understand how engaged your team is. It allows you to gather a specific understanding of what is driving any disengagement, or what risk factors you may have.
Taking an outsourced approach will encourage employees to share their authentic and honest opinions to uncover the true levels of employee satisfaction.
Outsourcing to our HR Business Partners means you’ll receive credible support from experts in the Human Resource field! We are highly knowledgeable in employee engagement and bring our independent perspective to the process.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
We value complete employee participation and the best outcomes come from higher involvement, so we encourage allowing up to 2 to 4 weeks to collect submissions. For the best results, we expect the project to take a total of 6 weeks.
Your HR Business Partner will discuss specific timeframes, relevant to your company's size, during the initial scoping session.
-
Your employee can be assured our surveys are anonymous and confidential. The questions are designed to identify employee sentiments without identifying individuals and their responses.
With this in mind, we ask those involved to be prepared to hear the results with an open mind and a willingness to take action on the results, even if it is only baby steps!
-
An Engagement Survey tells you how engaged your employee population is. The survey covers what drives engagement, such as surveying remuneration and rewards, team relationships, leadership and management, vision and strategy, communication, and more! This is great for a comprehensive understanding of employee sentiments and engagement drivers, and we recommend conducting the survey on an 18-month rotation.
A Pulse Survey is an abridged engagement survey and is a short and sharp exercise that captures a snapshot of employee engagement. It generally covers getting a picture of employee engagement levels and touches on key engagement drivers around business vision and communication.
-
Taking an external approach gets honest results and higher participation levels as employees feel comfortable sharing their opinions.
We find Employees respond to the confidence of independence and have more trust in their anonymity
Ideally, it takes 80% of employee participation to gather accurate and realise views and we find outsourcing achieves greater levels of participation.
